Shipping Information

Processing Time All Eira Jewel pieces are made-to-order and handcrafted by master artisans. Your jewelry will be completed and shipped within 8-16 working days of order placement. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: FREE 2-6 Working days.
Express Shipping: 3-5 business days ($ 20)

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through our shipping partner's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at hello@eirabloom.com with your order number and photos (if damaged). We'll work with the shipping carrier and send a replacement at no cost to you.

Address Changes Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to change your shipping address. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the address.
