We want you to love your Eira Jewel piece. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email hello@eirabloom.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll send you return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship it back to us.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalised pieces
  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Refund Method Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style. Contact us to arrange an exchange—we'll cover shipping both ways for exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you. Our lifetime warranty covers all craftsmanship issues.
